Job Responsibilities:

To conduct Academic course delivery in PET and CET programmes, project supervision, WSS (WorldSkills Singapore) Competition Coaching works as assigned.
To lead a team of Technical Executives and manage the operations of the section, supporting the laboratory and ACAD team to deliver lessons.
To supervise, monitor and manage the team of Technical Executives, provide coaching and career development support.
To plan duties of team in ensuring laboratories facilities are readily available for ACAD team deliverables of lessons.
To work collaboratively with ACAD team in ensuring the requirements for laboratory work are met.
To plan and manage the resources for laboratory operations and school activities.
To plan and manage the procurement of materials and resources for laboratory operations.
To ensure Total Workplace Health and Safety in the workplace.
To undertake additional duties as assigned and contribute to TP-wide/School events.

Job Requirements:

Qualification in Engineering disciplines, with a focus on Electronics or Chemical Engineering preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates currently in supervisory position would be an advantage.
TWSH trained. (Preferably with TWSH relevant qualification)
Data Analytics skills to perform dash boarding.
Ability to work well together in a team-oriented environment.
Candidate must demonstrate maturity and willingness to support school operations, even on off office hours, as needed.
