The role:

Drives the regional mobile (MVNO) business development strategies and operations. Lead the planning and execution of entry to new markets. Carries out business directives that are aligned to MyRepublic Group’s objectives so as to achieve its financial vision, mission and long term goals.
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success

  • Have financial & budgetary responsibilities for mobile business. Manage cash-flow to achieve financial goals (Revenue & Profitability)
  • Establish and execution of in-country business development strategies in line with Group’s organisational strategy to achieve desired financial results
  • Ensure full compliance to local regulatory requirements
  • Lead & manage relationship building with industry players and develop strategies to leverage network for business opportunities and partnerships
  • Responsible for Sales, Marketing, logistics, service delivery, customer operation and good customer experience
  • Drive good partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in countries' strategies and requirements
  • Managing the recruitment and retention efforts of the department
