Salary Range: $10,000 - $13,000


Job Responsibilities:


Lead and oversee the recruitment and appointment of managerial staff in line with company objectives and values. Execute decisions made by the Board of Directors, offering strategic guidance and ensuring policy and initiative implementation. Manage and supervise daily business operations, driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, negotiating high-value contracts on behalf of the Board of Directors. Develop and implement strategies for business growth, expansion, and diversification, leveraging in-depth market insights and industry trends. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to enhance profitability and sustainability. Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, compliance, and ethical conduct throughout the business.
Position Requirements:


Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in senior management roles, including experience in technology product manufacturing, particularly in networking equipment such as routers and switches, or in digital operations. Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Technology Management, or a comparable qualification. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams across departments such as domestic and international marketing, sales, product development, and business operations. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term business partnerships, including with international clients and stakeholders. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate negotiations with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and suppliers, as well as manage communication for projects in Singapore, China, and other international markets. Willingness to travel internationally as needed, including attending overseas exhibitions and visiting clients.
