Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead our healthcare operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding the highest standards of healthcare service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:



Provide overall leadership and direction for the organisation's healthcare operations and business units Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability Oversee clinical, operational, and administrative functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, healthcare professionals, partners, and regulators Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service innovations within the healthcare sector Ensure strong governance, risk management, and financial stewardship of the organisation

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related fields (Master's degree preferred) Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior leadership roles within the healthcare, medical, or life sciences industry

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, with strong decision-making and change management skills

Portfolio of past achievements in healthcare management or business transformation (e.g. successful projects, revenue growth, operational excellence, or innovation initiatives)

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and market trends in Singapore and the region Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills * Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to drive organisational transformation
