Job Description

:

Plan, recommend and implement the agreed organisation's policies. Develop the Company's business plan to make the Company a profit-making organisation. Ensure the structure and staffing of the organisation is consistent with the company's needs. Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the company's business and corporate planning by participating in decision-making with the senior management group, providing relevant advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors. Ensure and recommend the adequacy of reserves by monitoring the costs of operation, Ensure cost effectiveness by implementing a productivity improvement program. Contribute to the planning and management of the company by budgeting and forecasting. Report to the parent company the monthly and yearly business results. Liaise with the head office in Japan on the transfer of technical knowledge and technologies

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in the electronic manufacturing industry. Minimum 5 years of production management experience. Proficient in Japanese language at business level to work closely with head office in Japan and Japanese business partner. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
