Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Execution -

Drive the implementation of the company's business strategies to achieve organizational goals and growth targets.

Executive Advisory -

Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and the Board of Directors in Japan to support informed decision-making.

Business Planning & Management -

Develop and manage comprehensive business plans to ensure alignment with company objectives and facilitate target achievement.

Financial Oversight -

Monitor and oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth across business ventures.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement -

Track operational performance and lead initiatives for continuous improvement across departments.

Operational Leadership -

Supervise daily operations and coordinate management activities across various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

External Representation -

Represent the company in external business engagements, maintaining strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized institution. Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience within the rubber industry. Proficiency in Business Japanese is preferred, especially for reporting and presenting to the Holding Company in Japan. Proven track record in developing strategic and business plans. Strong understanding of market dynamics and external factors influencing the industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and financial metrics. * High level of resilience and commitment; capable of planning, prioritizing, and performing under pressure.
