Graduate of B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/IE/Electronics/Computer/Mechatronics or other assembly manufacturing related course).
With more than 1-year experience as assembly engineer in high volume manufacturing, preferably with solar, electronics or assembly set up or with automotive assembly / maintenance experience.
With experience in sustaining engineering which include problem containment and resolution, BOM management, cost reductions, production planning, preventive maintenance, and quality and safety overall process area sustainability.
At least one (1) year experience in handling lathe machines. Hands-on experience in machining and programming of CNC lathe machines is an advantage.
Familiarity with statistical and problem-solving, quality improvement techniques such as SPC, 7QC tools, 8D and FMEA.
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical measuring instruments/tools.
Well versed with documentations, data acquisition and first level analysis.
Good verbal and written communication skills and hands-on experience in high volume manufacturing.
Intermediate to expert experience level in MS Office tools such as excel, powerpoint and word.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work with flexible schedule as deemed necessary.
Desirable
With MFG engineering experience in assembly and/or contract manufacturing management.
Knowledge of rotating equipment, electric machines and drives, renewable energy, energy storage, power electronics and/or electrical test processes.
Supervisory skills handling technicians and operators.
Well versed in lifting equipment for heavy parts and review of technical details.
