Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe efficient manner.2. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labor required3. Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers well-being into account4. Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers.5. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training6. Identifying, documenting and reporting unsafe practices7. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders8. Analyzing all facets of production and its process and making recommendations for improvement9. Obtaining any materials data and equipment data required for process improvementsJOB SKILLS:1. Strong leadership abilities and teamwork2. Atleast 2-3 years relevant work experience3. Ability to work well under pressure4. Great attention to detail and organizational skills5. Knowledge of the ways various systems interact and how changes in operations, the environment and other conditions will affect outcome6. Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, standards their designs uses repair and maintenance. Relevant technical knowledgeJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
