Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer, ProductionResponsibilities:
- Ensure product line yield and quality
- Lead CI and Lean initiatives
- Improve tool design and support audits (ISO9001, ISO13485, IS14001)
- Implement preventive maintenance and conduct RMA/DOA evaluations
- Create and update work instructions, train production technicians, and support NPI mass production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate engineering records and documentation
- Lean 6 sigma, Statistical Process Control, and DFM experience
- Technical expertise to improve product quality and performance
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
- Experience with BOM structure and routing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
