Responsibilities:
Coordinate new product and project introductions from initial quotation through to production handover.
Manage supplier engagement activities, including quotation review, order requisitions, and technical evaluations when necessary.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables and order fulfilment.
Oversee project transitions from development to production, ensuring documentation and processes are established for recurring orders.
Monitor supplier performance to achieve delivery, cost, and quality objectives.
Coordinate product certification and compliance processes with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain awareness of supplier capabilities and manufacturing resources to support sourcing decisions.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment; experience in contract manufacturing is advantageous
Ability to interpret and analyse technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is beneficial
Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
