Manufacturing Senior Engineer/engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead and support a manufacturing team of Associate Engineers in managing daily operations to meet fab delivery requirements Daily close collaboration with team members from the process and equipment counterparts, to maximise tool output and efficiency performance Co-work with production control and capacity team to improve section delivery performance Work with other cross functional units to attain common objective Execute continuous improvement programs in manufacturing operations Cultivate good 5S and safety mindset in daily work environment Strive for zero miss-operations in all aspect of work scopeRequirements: Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing department Resourceful team player who is also able to work independently under minimal supervision Good communication and data analytic skills
