In our team, you will be responsible for defining challenges, opportunities and managing end-to-end programs to enhance creative possibilities. You will also be responsible for leading conversations with cross functional teams to enable our entire marketing team. - Develop and implement B2B marketing strategy to articulate TikTok's value proposition to our partners including media agencies, resellers, creative agencies and industry associations - Lead the team to drive agency activations and generate leads through ongoing partner marketing activity - Oversee TikTok's agency CxO engagement and activities - Develop and own our industry relation strategy in Southeast Asia to position TikTok as a thought leader among relevant partners in the space of measurement, brand safety and creative - Develop messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage media & creative agencies in Southeast Asia - Develop advocacy plan to engage industry partners (e.g., IAB, MMA and local trade partners) - Work closely with global marketing teams to localise strategies and campaigns targeted at media agency partners - Work closely with sales, PR, product and other cross-functional teams to drive partner marketing programs - Activate integrated marketing campaigns including partner training, events, PR, advertising, social media and industry partnerships to engage media agencies - Manage partner marketing budget Qualifications - A minimum of 8-10 years years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy - Existing relationship and/or experience with industry associations like IAB and MMA - Team management experience - Experience in media, advertising or technology industries - Excellent written and verbal communications in English, for whom can speak an additional Southeast Asian language preferred (Bahasa Indonesia, Thai or Vietnamese) - Strong understanding of the advertising industry and agency landscape in Southeast Asia - Track record of working with and influencing sales & other cross-functional teams - Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
