Job Duties & Responsibilites

Meet with HQ on business alignment, KPI, areas of improvement Coordinate regular meetings within department to manage activities / issues Identify inefficiencies in a department's productivity and performance Identifying new business opportunities Building and maintaining relationships Developing and implementing strategies Collaborating with internal teams Support training program, seminar, road show Business Partner License - yearly billing (BPM) Marine specialized dealer assessment (BPM) Dealer survey - check contact and update (BPM) Material return to HQ for material analysis Keep records of CS stock and engine inventory and stock on loan Process warranty claims, working with CS on regular basis - weekly update KPI development, working with HQ and dealer network Research new innovative ways to improve the business model through technology and resources Building relationships dealers / customer with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base They essentially drive revenue growth by finding and and nurturing new leads and partnerships Working with customer support and dealers to process warranty claims on time, working closely with CS team Require to place parts order for warranty claim job Conduct yearly warranty audit Working with HQ on warrnty waste

Job Requirement

Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, with good knowledge into administrative experience Proficient in MS Excel/Words/Power BI May travel to HQ and dealer visit Experience in engineering enviroment Regular meeting with HQ Good interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all level of working colleagues May travel to HQ and dealer visit
