To fulfil ship repair jobs afloat or shipyard 2. Carrying out maintenance, service and repair of all mechanical equipment ( Diesel Engines, pumps, gearboxes, couplings, alternators, turbochargers, etc ) on board all vessels as assigned by Repair Manager. 3. Troubleshooting all the Mechanical equipment on board vessels. 4. Planning and executing the repair job in the most cost effective method. 5. Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and cleanliness in the workshop, 6. Attending to vessels Dry-dock as assigned by ship repair Manager, 7. Carrying out any Retrofit job for new equipment installation on board vessels. 8. Any other duties as assigned by ship repair manager and Management REQUIREMENTS: 1. Diploma/Certificate in Marine Engineering or equivalent. 2. At least 3 years relevant working experience. 3. Good experience working on high speed and medium speed diesel engine such as Cummins, Daihatsu, Hanshin, Akasaka, Caterpillar, Yanmar and others
