Job Description


Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Provide HR support and administration which including staffing, performance management and compensation & benefits, etc.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and ensure the accuracy of information in Info-Tech system and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave and claim entries.\xc2\xb7 Handle full spectrum of payment of the basic pay and overtime calculation to processing of workers\' salary.\xc2\xb7 Maintain proper worker records and to administrate employee benefits programmes including annual leave, medical, insurance, etc.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment quota.\xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned from time to time.Requirements\xc2\xb7 NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Human Resource Management.. Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration.\xc2\xb7 Able to self-prioritise and perform with minimum supervision.\xc2\xb7 Candidate should have a good knowledge of Singapore\'s employment laws.\xc2\xb7 Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to details and practice accuracy in delivery\xc2\xb7 Possesses basic computer knowledge and familiar with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
