Marine Manager

to support our project sites in Singapore and contribute to our growing success.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with Operations Manager on operational matters, ensure compliance with marine traffic management controls and provide alternatives on pending issues. Manage and lead a team of Marine Assistants supporting day-to-day project marine operations. Provide advice to Project Manager on marine related matters in the project Assist the Project Manager in administrative duties and resolving project operational issues and emergencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and service delivery. Incident reporting Assist in other administrative duties required by Operations Manager Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Marine Certificate of Competency (CoC) Harbour Pilot Experience is a plus Supervisory and leadership skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with maritime management software is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents effectively. Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license preferred.
