Keep abreast of business trends, news and competition
Budget planning and goal setting
Familar with Order Intake Turnover and net revenue
Build and manage relationships for key and new clients
Sales and customers acquisition and negotiate strategic contracts
Coordinate with other departments such as Finance and Service teams to fulfil contract requirement and changes
Achieving customer satisfaction in sales, service order handling and timely delivery
