Job Description
* Lead the Marine Service teams to develop plans, implementation, designing and marketing the products via ecommerce platform, * Establish cohesive relationships with Ship Manage Lead the Marine Service teams to develop plans, implementation, designing and marketing the products via ecommerce platform, Establish cohesive relationships with Ship Managements, Ship Owners and Vendors, To be responsible for the 'P&L - Profit and Loss' for marine service departments, Responsible for fulfillment of orders from client. Manage a team on a 24/7 schedule to coordinate with Clients (Shipowners & Shipmanagers) and Service Provider to maintain operations schedule with a high service quality of service engineers. Job Requirement Degree in Maritime, Supply Chain/Logistics Management or other relevant discipline will be considered. More than 10 years of experience in the Marine service or relevant industry, 5 years and above in management position. Chief Engineer experience with COC 1 is preferred. Strong negotiation skills and experience in communications and customer relations are a necessity. Able to converse and write in both English and Mandarin. (Liaising with clients and counterpart) Computer literate, Open-minded and Result Oriented, Knowledge and keen interest in E-Commerce.
