Job Description

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees daily operation of the market.
  • Coordinates with tenants and attends to their concerns.
  • Coordinates with the management all matters concerning the tenants and the market.
  • Collects daily and monthly rent, utility and other charges.
  • Makes daily deposit of collection to the bank designated by finance/ accounting and submits corresponding reports to the admin and accounting.
  • Handles Petty Cash Fund (PCF) for minor expenditures of the market. The PCF must be liquidated on a weekly basis.
  • Serves as Pollution Control Officer (PCO). Assists in processing permits.
  • Oversees and supervises the work of Maintenance Personnel.
  • Reports to the Admin Officer and General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • With Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course is preferred
  • With background in Administrative duties is preferred
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be trustworthy and can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in Muntinlupa City
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,867.50 - Php15,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Market Administrator: 1 year (Preferred)
