Job Description

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Market Manager (Services) for a 12 months extendable contract role, this is for a well know Travel/Hospitality client.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping Hosts improve performance, optimise pricing and achieve growth, while also running scalable programs like webinars and email campaigns.
What Will You Do:
Build strong, lasting relationships with Hosts through regular check-ins and occasional in-person meetings.
Identify growth opportunities and guide Hosts to improve performance.
Run one-to-many education initiatives to support multiple Hosts at scale.
Share feedback and insights with internal teams to improve tools and programs.
What Do You Need:
6+ years in account management, partner or customer success roles.
Ideal candidates bring platform/marketplace experience
Data-driven (SQL a strong plus) and experienced in partner/account management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia as key focus is on Indonesia Market
Strong commercial acumen and experience using CRM tools.
Energetic, empathetic, and proactive.
