Job Responsibilities:

Keep up to date on meat pricing, markets, movements and supply/ demand pressure to capitalize on trading opportunity
Ensure smooth operational fluency with internal and external logistics personnel
Generate profitable returns on back-to-back meat trading (primarily chicken, swine, beef and mutton)
Maintain relationships with frozen meat producers/ suppliers and build new lines for product purchase across chicken, pork, beef and other meats etc.
Work with internal/ external teams on hedging, risk management and operations

Job Requirements:

With relevant experience in a back-to-back frozen meat (chicken/ pork/ beef/ mutton)
Experience in shipping will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of the global meat trading landscape
Ability to travel for customer and supplier meetings, as well as to the head office in Asia (Singapore)
Working location: Buroh Lane
Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
