We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for a Marketing Admin Specialist.Key Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot as the main database.
• Manage Zoom, as the main source registration for online events, linked back to HubSpot for the database.
• Create EDM's, quality EDM's, created in HubSpot, with design skills. Copy will always be provided.
• Work with a podcast channel like Anchor to create podcasts in post-production, for publishing once approved. All podcasts will be recorded in Anchor. Unless you have a better solution. And create a banner for the use of social posting.
• Create social channels, if not created. Manage all the social posts across all platforms, thinking creatively to how to use the content created.
• Website management, with all new content being uploaded to the website.
• Strategically adding value to attract new accounting firms into the mix, to capture data

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years' experience as a Marketing Specialist
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business course
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
• Ability to work with teams and collaborate
• Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in software MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, HubSpot, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM)

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• Angeles, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
