Marketing Communication Specialist – Japan MiRXES is a Singapore-headquartered molecular diagnostic company with R&D, manufacturing, and clinical lab operations in Singapore, USA, Japan, Hong Kong and China. We specialize in microRNA technologies and the development, manufacturing, and provision of diagnostic test kits and clinical services. Job Summary: We are looking to hire a Marketing Communication Specialist, to support marketing functions and activities in Japan. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in the work environment and the markets in which we operate. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, with the Japan team, as well as headquarter’s team. Roles and Responsibilities: Supporting Marcom Material Development:

• Following the direction, development of marketing communication materials for Brand, Products and Services with appropriate quality.
• Collaborate with other members for supporting material development.

Supporting Digital Marketing Execution:

• Support and execution: development of digital marketing materials and communication program.
• Follow up the activities related with digital marketing.

Supporting Event Admin work:

• Supporting marketing events such as conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
• Communicating KOLs and vendors (e.g. event vendors and printing vendors).
• Follow up the various marketing activities

Reporting to: Marketing Director (Japan) The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description represent the major responsibilities of the position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as required. Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Native Level Japanese; Business Level English – TOEIC >650
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in marketing communication – preferred in Healthcare or Life Science sectors
