You will be responsible for guiding and executing all of our marketing strategies, communications and PR.

You should have/be:-

• A thorough understanding of the group\xe2\x80\x99s mission, unique proposition and vision.
• Possess both creative and analytical capabilities that are complemented by a strong commercial insight, performance-driven and have an unwavering go-getter attitude
• Spearhead the strategic, creative and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and omni-channel strategies, from creative production, execution, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendation.
• A collaborative attitude towards relationship management with internal and external stakeholders with remarkable communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Engage different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
• A mature leader who is comfortable with unpredictability while finding clarity within perplexity, which is mandatory for success.
• A genuine passion is required for problem solving at scale, fostering cost efficiency in all solutions; as well as nourishing creativity to ensure customer experience excellence every time.
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
• Passion to train and develop the team in management, negotiation and marketing skills.
• To work with partners like shopping malls, shopping platforms, payment gateways, F&B apps, publishing houses, influencers and PR for additional brand awareness.
