About Us The Radiant Spectrum is a music enrichment school for children and adults with special needs in Singapore. We work passionately with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), intellectual disability (ID), selective mutism, speech delay, tics, and more.
We are looking for passionate individuals who would like to contribute to the special needs community. If you consider yourself a driven, open-minded, flexible, and gritty individual, we\'d love for you to join our team!
Job Scope:
- Develop, create, and execute marketing campaigns on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Communicate effectively with our customers and stakeholders
- Organize events such as student recitals, team-bonding events, and celebratory events (e.g. Children\'s Day, Christmas)
- Raise awareness for the school, the work we do, as well as the special needs community
- Good storytelling and design capabilities
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, and Photoshop
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Cheerful and positive personality
- Patient, nurturing, and deeply empathetic of individuals with special needs
- 5 day week (Saturday, Sunday, and 3 weekdays)
- 10 Anson Road, International Plaza (next to Tanjong Pagar MRT)
