Managing AV Equipment

Hardware & Software

Audio / Video & Lighting

Video Editing

To be able to edit videos for marketing usage for Company\xe2\x80\x99s Website

Copy Writing

To be able to write in Good English for Social Media Content, Website, Work hand in hand with SEO agencies on SEO Friendly Write ups

Photography

Minimal experience with an entry level DSLR camera to take decent photos of events to upload on website

Managing Events

Working hand in hand with the team on executing events, procuring vendors based on event requirement and preparing proposals

Managing meetings

To attend meetings with Directors and take notes on requirements (meeting mins) and follow ups on Quotations and Proposals

Managing calendars

To update Director\'s calendar and workflow, Virtual or onsite meetings etc

Managing Emails

To manage Director\xe2\x80\x99s Email and Company\xe2\x80\x99s email on inquiries
