Job Description
The Executive Group is a Singapore based events company with a growing Southeast Asian presence. The list of services provided by The Executive Group include comprehensive event planning, installation, production, emceeing and even live music entertainment services through its subsidiary companies.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Processes:
- Apply for permits when it comes to events (e.g public entertainment licence, temporary change of use, public liability insurance, etc).
- Liaison with vendors related to events
- Update list of vendors on our database
- Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned
- Execute research on competitors and track potential business leads
