• Learn about various aspects of the business including Drug testing, Alcohol testing, Infectious Disease Kits, and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs.

• Serve as the frontline ambassador, addressing customers\' inquiries via email and phone.

• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

• Collaborate closely with our logistics partners to safeguard the handling and transfer of our products, ensuring their safe arrival into the hands of our customers.

• Oversee the seamless management of online orders, ensuring accurate and punctual fulfillment to uphold customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the meticulous processing of government tenders, adhering diligently to regulatory requirements.

• Showcasing our products and services to walk-in customers. Engage with our valued clientele, fostering meaningful interactions and offering tailored service and solutions to meet their needs.

• Take charge of maintaining accurate and dynamic product listings across various online sales platforms, empowering our customers with comprehensive information at their fingertips.

• Facilitating Internship Program Coordination with Universities
