In charge of marketing and promotional campaigns support for Trade Marketing & Digital at Retail by preparing marketing assets & collaterals Adapt global assets, prepare message copies and work with inter-department to collate localized information Consolidate input requirements and ensure information accuracy and relevancy Work with inter-department and/or partners to ensure timely deliveries Support in marketing assets handling includes verification, checks and ensure timely and accurate distribution to relevant stakeholders. Housekeeping of marketing assets Update trackers and generate reports Support marketing functions on co-ordination with both internal and external partners for inputs and deliveries as part of the marketing planning & execution process. Provides full administrative support to marketing team Initiative to learn and understand work processes & operations requirements in the organization familiarize with the use of the available systems to support administrative scope of work. Timely payment requisitions, vendor registrations Items/products distributions & loans, tracking and logistics arrangement Ad-hoc packing of merchandise/items Maintain & update report trackers ad hoc generation of reports and media releases All other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager Requirements: ITE/Nitec/diploma in Marketing
