This client has now an existing team in the Philippines, and they are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join their team.Location / Shift

This position's responsibilities will include implementing marketing campaigns. working through key objectives to improve our current marketing materials and online presence as well as creating, editing, and updating marketing documentation, images, and other materials including technical documents as required. Including proofreading and publishing, ensuring an up-to-date version is available on the website.Other roles and responsibilities:

• Assist with organising and executing social media activities and campaigns

• Analyse and report on various campaign performance

• Maintain systems - sort, control, and file all business documents as required

• Edit and manage minor website changes

• Assist in supporting the sales team through organising samples, documentation, and promotional materials

• Assist with branding activities

• Assist with organising promotional equipment and items

• Meet quarterly and annual marketing goals

• Minimize costs with the implementation of strategies ensuring organizational effectiveness

• Meet all agreed-upon deadlines

• Be respectful, helpful, and polite in interaction with all colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other service provider personnel

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a marketing role

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and are comfortable communicating with people across the business

• Strong IT skills and can demonstrate experience with:

• Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Adobe CC including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Experience with the major social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

• Comfortable in managing, analysing, and reporting on campaigns

• Must be creative, have a flair for design and enjoy developing documentation and marketing materials

• Pays attention to detail, and takes pride in work

• Must be organised and have excellent time management skills

• A marketing qualification is a bonus

• Demonstrable experience with CAD is highly desirable

• Technical knowledge/experience within the building/construction industry

• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce and are comfortable managing small website changes and updates

• Experience with video editing and online design packages such as Canva
