Receptionist & Marketing Assistant
Job Description
M.A BALLET is looking for upbeat, career-minded, growth-oriented individuals to make a real impact on our daily operations as a receptionist & marketing assistant who can work independently.
This position will be mainly responsible for social media marketing activities.
To excel in this role, you will have experience in developing and editing content, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
Location : 545 Orchard road Singapore 238882, Far East Shopping Centre #15-12
Commencement : From June / July
Work hours :
Monday & Tuesday 18:30-21:00 (2.5hr)
Thursday & Friday 18:45 - 20:45 (2hr)
Saturday 13:30-18:30 (5hr)
Sunday 8:45-14:15 (4hr)
Salary : $8-10 per hr
Responsibilities :
- Photo / Video taking for social media.
- Social media updates and ads
- Newsletter (design & content)
- Customer service (occasionally) - attend to customers' enquiries when it requires
- Clean & Disinfecting studio
- Open / Closing studio
- Service minded with strong communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong computing knowledge and proficiency in Instagram & Facebook
- Detail-oriented & meticulous
- Updated resume
