Marketing Assistant

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Checking and reviewing of marketing materials/ packaging to ensure the quality and quantity is fulfilled
- Maintaining and upkeeping the marketing server, ensuring that all files are sorted properly
- Saving and categorizing marketing materials/ packaging in ,marketing server
- Obtaining quotations for both existing and new marketing materials/ packaging
- Any other administrative tasks assigned by manager
- With related working experiences will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge in purchasing/ accounting will be added advantage
- Interpersonal skills and a team player with good communication
- Proficient in Microsoft software and computer literacy
- Working hours: 5 days per week
- Working location: Macpherson
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
