Job Description
:
- Plan and launch new products, conduct strategic analyses (SWOT), and translate science into marketing messages.
- Develop marketing programs and competitive pricing within the assigned business unit.
- Oversee product initiatives, identify competitors, provide expert assistance, and establish strategic initiatives.
- Drive customer segmentation, deliver professional training, and support regional marketing activities.
- Foster a motivating environment, propose valuable actions, and ensure accountability for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve commercial goals and lead new product launches.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Science or a related field.
- 2+ years in clinical molecular labs and 4+ years in IVD marketing.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and analytic skills.
- Ability to prioritize opportunities and work with a high travel requirement, including weekends and holidays.
