1. Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
2. In charge of answering inquiries in company Viber group, FB, and IG pages
3. Processing of customer orders through said groups and pages above, coordination with various departments (stores and warehouse) to fulfill customer orders
4. Help overall marketing department in various tasks with reaching and fulfilling objectives and goals
5. Help conduct market research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
6. Coordinate with creative department to create advertising material (ex. POSM) for stores
7. Coordination with various suppliers for marketing needs (signages, posters, etc.)
8. Coordination with store personnel ensuring all marketing goals and standards are being met.
9. Does field work from time to time to fulfill marketing tasks (stores, malls, suppliers)
10. Coordination with malls and other parties regarding promotional collateral and activities
11. Other assigned work from time to time related to overall marketing goalsJob Qualifications:
-Graduate of Marketing/Advertising/Mass Comm or equivalent
- With 2-3 years of experience is required in this position
- Energetic and lively, creative and with lots of ideas
- Excellent communication skills
- Has right attitude towards work, proactive, innovative, dependable and result-oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Can work under pressure
