1 Year Contract Marketing Assistant (+ 1 Month Completion Bonus)

Location: Toa Payoh Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30AM - 5.30PM

• Support superior in managing day-to-day marketing operations.
• Take charge of all E platform stores. Process orders from Lazada, Shopee, E Store and existing e-store orders. Answer to all on line enquires.
• Maintain all social media activities.
• Create on/off line marketing tools (e.g. leaflets, e banners, booth materials, etc.) to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activities
• Propose monthly product promotions and promotion activities.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support in implementing marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies
• Maintain records of actual marketing expenditures and supporting documents for comparisons against budget
• Conduct basic/desk research and systematically compile data for analysis to derive market information
• Provide administrative support in organizing product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products/services
• Assist in the compilation of marketing information/updates and market research data/analysis as inputs to management report preparation. Periodically update product master list
• Work closely with external vendors and agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
