Job Purpose:
Ensure support for the team as there is incremental need for controls and increased reporting for the Marketing team.
Review of the Member Rewards Program to move into Global Rewards platform
Job Background/context:
1. Help to support the controls and reporting on the increase in governance required
2. Support the increase in invoices and management of the rewards platform
3. Review and migrate our rewards to Global Rewards system
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with rewards partners for new digital partners and redemption process including redemption codes
2. Liaise with O&T to review the Global Rewards system and try to migrate to the common platform
3. Raise for approvals and invoices for the redemptions done from clients
4. Create more client communication to educate clients on the rewards platform and assist with the fulfillment and manage any client issues that arise
