Roles and Responsibility
This role requires individual to work independently within a growing SME.
The roles and responsibility notwithstanding the following:
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaigns focused on demand and lead generation that are aligned to business goals
Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey
Brainstorm and deploy effective branding and positioning strategies
Have strong understanding on social media marketing and SEM/SEO
Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
Develop and deploy various lead generation funnels on the main marketing website
Plan and executing the email marketing strategy
Lead, plan and execute content creation for website, catalogues or brochures
- Support business development with the necessary marketing collaterals - presentation decks, success stories and others
Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
Coordinate with marketing agencies to lead the creation of marketing assets including copywriting, blogposts, website content, social media content, collaterals, videos and others
Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.
Present to upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results.
Track, measure and report on the performance (ROIs, KPIs, etc.) of all digital marketing campaigns against goals to senior management on a regular basis
Work with outreach team to perform pre-sales qualification of the enquiries and pass sales qualified leads to the sales team for inbound leads generated from the various marketing channels
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks related to the scope of demand generation and marketing
Prerequisites:
Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
Minimum Diploma in Marketing or other related field
Minimum 2 years' working experience in a marketing role supporting search, programmatic display, social, email etc.
Solid understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and strategies
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, or similar) with understanding of ROI and web conversion metrics
Well organized and pro-active with excellent attention to detail
Prior experience in project and stakeholder management
Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
