Job Description

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the BDE on all marketing and business development activities of the company, coordinating with internal and external parties as needed, ensuring that initiatives and deadlines are met.*
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDatabase Management

  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
  • Responsible for increasing database by adding the new accounts, and make sure that all accounts are under work and active
  • Creation of prospect database, ensuring qualification criteria, completeness, and accuracy of data
  • Cross-checking CRM and current databases for duplicity and timely update on CRM information

Events and Campaigns Coordination
  • Work together with AM and BDM on planning the events and campaigns to make sure that all interests are aligned
  • Invite prospects to events and ensure attendance, qualifying based on the agreed criteria
  • Responsible for the social media activities (planning, posting, tracking, analyses)
  • Assist with creating of email templates, forms, posts for social media
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with partners and third-party companies
  • Manage company events (conferences, exhibitions, etc.) planning, coordination, and management
  • Tracking projects and team activities
  • Ensure follow-up by passing events related leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls / emails and assign them to appropriate team member
  • Should be able to use and update CRM and/or all reporting templates with complete accuracy at all times

Design and Creatives
  • Production of marketing materials, including brochures, collaterals, e-mail campaigns, pictures, videos, presentations, proposals, internal documents, etc.,
  • Coordinate with different vendors for acquisition or contracting for marketing collaterals or services
  • Standardizing marketing materials, ensuring that branding is followed
  • Ensuring that all company collaterals are updated accordingly

Website ManagementCoordination with third-party website management contractors on:
  • Corporate web page management initiatives
  • Improvement of website structure, page construction, keyword lists, and SEO copywriting
  • Periodic monitoring and analysis google analytics report and recommend actions to improve site performance

Social Media and PR Management
  • Manage the social media channels of the company
  • Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts form analysts and consumers)
  • Provide analysis and recommendations as the program evolves
  • Research and administer social media tools daily in coordination with goals and benchmarks
  • Support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing plans
  • Assist in link building campaigns in coordination with SEO goals
  • Communication to team and to management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet goals
  • Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
  • Work with media to publish timely company information such as press releases, brochures, and other materials

Research
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual market update report on new services, competitors, business opportunities, etc.
  • Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities, including web page designs
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
  • Devise methods and procedures for obtaining data, such as conducting internet, telephone or direct-mail surveys or face-to-face consumer studies
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; attending trainings as applicable

Job Requirements
  • 3 years of digital marketing experience spanning Email & Organic Social
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Tech-savvy / proficient in Google analytics, LinkedIn advertisement, Social Scheduling tools e.g. Hootsuite, experience with e-commerce
  • An understanding of key marketing metrics
  • Knowledge of marketing channels and routes to market
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines for product/campaign launches
  • High attention to detail
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bonus points
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
  • Knowledge of the IT or IT-related marketing experience
