DESIGNATION : Marketing Assistant/Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager to develop and support integrated marketing and communication plans for assigned university portfolios/disciplines, encompassing online and offline advertising, PR, events, and branding aimed at generating leads, increasing engagement and meeting enrolment targets.
  • Support Senior Marketing Manager to execute and optimise marketing and communication plans, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies on deliverables.
  • Support media planning, booking and execution for all channels and platforms including social media.
  • Support the development and production of marketing collaterals, both digital and physical assets. This can involve simple copy writing, proof-reading, and liaising with designers and printers.
  • Support events, including logistical arrangement, set up, tear down and liaising with internal and external parties.
  • Work closely with creative agencies to ensure that quality work is produced in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance of marketing and communication materials with CPE regulatory guidelines for assigned university portfolios/disciplines.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and agencies to ensure accurate and timely update of information across all university/portfolio marketing assets/websites.
  • Ability to conduct basic research on industry data and trends.
  • Keep track and facilitate departmental budgeting, invoicing and other finance-related requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing department.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing
  • Performance digital marketing experience (e.g. SEM, Display, Re-Marketing, Lead Gen)
  • Experience in working within a matrix reporting structure
  • Experience in working across geographies
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, working environment
  • Creative and good with copy
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and support various business
  • Stakeholder management (managing senior level stakeholders)
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented team player with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to analyze, ideate and communicate with clarity
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to consistently deliver high quality and accurate output, on a timely and urgent basis
  • Displays emotional resilience via an ability to cope with and manage the demands of working on a key portfolio
  • A can do attitude that translates into an ability to organize and prioritise, along with the flexibility to adjust approach
