This role is responsible for supporting the Financial Markets Marketing team in all their day-to-day marketing activities.

Support the Financial Markets (FM) CCIB marketing team in all of their day-to-day marketing activities, guided by the Head of Financial Markets Marketing and our agency partners. Provide FM Awards submission, tracking and promotion support.
FM events support
Provide organisational and project management support across all FM (virtual and in person) events, with focus on updating Cvent client lists, liaising with external vendors on all Cvent related activities (e.g. supplying speaker bios, titles, pictures, PPT decks), scheduling meetings etc.
In liaison with events agency, be the internal single point of contact to gather information to successfully execute an event (meeting meetings creation, follow ups with relevant stakeholders)
In liaison with design agency, select creatives for internal/external eDMs and events page, as well as oversee the development of events invitations
In liaison with media agency, prepare LinkedIn posts based on direction from FM marketing team
FM content marketing support
Support advertising image selection to accompany any article posted on FM website and for social posts, in partnership with design agency; work with creative agency on sizing images for each channel
Ensure paid media reports are generated in a timely manner by media agency
Liaise with creative agency on production of Bankable Insights editions
FM Digital Marketing support
Support audience strategy, define platforms, follow up & coordinate content & align on measurement plans
Support the execution of test opportunities (incrementality, new channels, audiences, visual, ad copy) and work with agencies to execute
Support the digital leads on campaigns to ensure best in class FM campaigns and partner with internal teams on UTMs, landing pages, audiences and reporting
General FM marketing support
Support updating of Marketing Calendars and any other Group wide reporting documents in relation to FM Marketing initiatives
Support vendor onboarding process and SOW/PO process for FM Marketing
Support campaign reporting, KPI performance, insights and analysis
Tracking all FM Marketing POs in close partnership with CCIB Marketing Business Manager
FM Awards coordination
Keep FM wide Awards tracker updated
Play a coordinator role for FM awards submissions, ensuring coordination of awards across CCIB marketing teams and awards promotion over LinkedIn
FM marketing team administrative support
Team travel bookings and expense processing

Our Ideal Candidate
3+ years marketing experience ideally within B2B; digital marketing experience a plus; degree in business administration and/or marketing
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail \xe2\x80\x93 reviewing own work to ensure social posts and content on website is accurate and error free.
A self-starter with a determination to make a difference and keen to learn new skills
Proactive, results-orientated, with strong project management skills
Positive attitude who thrives on dynamic, ever-changing, fast paced environment whilst juggling multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
