Job Description

. Recommend, develop, manage Marketing BI solutions
. Curate data - build out a successful BI practice within the Marketing department-standardize the data repository, build departmental and line dashboards that are easily accessible, visual appealing-easily tell the story
. Analyze data for market trends and patterns
. Generate weekly and monthly reports with market trends past and present
. Design new data collection models to better collect information
. Perform data profiling to identify anomalies
. Analyze data to determine problem areas in Marketing Demand Gen processes
. Identify ways to improve and streamline Marketing Operations and data flows
. Automate data gathering and report building processes
. Work with line managers to create individual dashboards
. Build cost tracking into dashboards (global, line, campaign) that provide real-time information on expenses against leads (CPL, CPSQL, etc.)
. Create templates, reports, and presentations for departmental presentations as well as executive level presentations
. Assist in budgeting process and help line managers track spending (+/-) to ensure we are maximizing and optimizing spend
Qualifications And Requirements
. MBA
. Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience working in a BI role
. Superior Excel, PowerPoint and overall MS Office skills
. Experience and knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI (Tableau preferred)
. Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
. Must have a strong skill set using collaboration and CRM tools such as Teams/Zoom and Salesforce (Marketo is a bonus)
. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, customers and third parties
. Problem solver, detail oriented
. Energy, drive, an appetite to learn, and willingness to work hard
