To be responsible for full spectrum of A &P, Public Relations activities and events for the Bran for both wholesales & retail. Key activities will include the following:

• To assist the BM in setting and monitoring the budget via a standardised and well- coordinated system.
• To assist to monitor and ensure that the expenses is within the approved budget. Assist to analyse each ROI, respects quotation policies & obtain approval from Management for any deviation of the guidelines.
• To prepare/assist to prepare the Brands sales/marketing & communications plans and monitor the plans, provide feedback on its effectiveness.
• Work closely with the media\'s, suppliers &retailers in executing advertising plans, promotional activities and new product launches. This includes assist to plan and liaise closely with them for advertisement space booking.
• Coordinate different marketing supports to ensure achievement of the best launches and brands visibility, be it media, events, trade internet & etc.
• To Plan/assist to plan the effective implementation of PR strategies and activities.
• To maintain good contact with stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Brand Managers and retail team to initiate promotional activities, develop tools and promotional events to both internal and external customers.
• Assist to oversee the development and maintenance of the CRM program.
• Supervise & ensure PDPA compliance.
• Create Purchase order for vendors in SAP.
• Update Brands HQ\'s media plan via intranet.
• Tracking of Competitors activities to maintain and be ahead of competition.
• Work closely with the Logistics Dept for all functions related to the A & P materials.
• Perform Market intelligence when required.
• Work closely with Brands HQ to request materials and submit all necessary reporting in time.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties for the brands.
• Any other relevant tasks as and when required.

Profile

• At least 3 years in the luxury brand environment preferred

Professional requirements

• Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines
