• Assisting with advertising and promotions like social media and facebook ads
• Building social media campaigns
• Preparing promotional materials and presentations
• Writing write-ups and captions
• Managing digital communication channels
• Can edit in PS and have basic graphic design skills
• WordPress familiarity for website CRM and uploads of media content on the company website

Qualifications

• Good customer service skills
• Good administrative skills
• Ability to write and generate content
• Familiarity with social media channels
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and multi-task
• Ability to establish good rapport with customers
• Creative, innovative, resourceful, and a self-starter
