Conceptualize, develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across different digital platforms to create company awareness and increase brand interest, including budgeting, targeting, and optimizing for maximum ROI
Manage and maintain the company\'s social media accounts and profiles
Regularly create and update social media contents and postings
Conducting competition research and market analysis to keep the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing strategies up to date
Periodic reporting of all digital marketing campaigns performance and assess it against ROI and KPIs
Respond to customer enquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Strong presentation, communication and analytical skills
Experience in creative content writing
Knowledge on graphic design and use of design software will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
