Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across different digital platforms to create company awareness and increase brand interest, including budgeting, targeting, and optimizing for maximum ROI
  • Manage and maintain the company\'s social media accounts and profiles
  • Regularly create and update social media contents and postings
  • Conducting competition research and market analysis to keep the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing strategies up to date
  • Periodic reporting of all digital marketing campaigns performance and assess it against ROI and KPIs
  • Respond to customer enquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong presentation, communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in creative content writing
  • Knowledge on graphic design and use of design software will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
