With over 800 fee earners in the region working towards one shared goal of giving our clients the home advantage, we are the Lawyers Who Know Asia and we are seeking a full time Marketing & Communications Manager to support the Marketing & Communications team in preparing submissions for legal ranking publications, managing events, handling internal and external communications, maintaining website content and overseeing the development of marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, newsletters, social media posts, etc.



Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Writing, editing and reviewing submissions to a range of publications, including in particular legal directories and award submissions and ensure all submissions are appropriate and made on time;
• Writing and editing a wide range of content to support internal and external communications, including drafting content for social media and internal newsletters;
• Managing the strategic planning and execution of various marketing and digital campaigns on channels including SEO, SEM and social media;
• Working closely with partners and practice group heads to ensure seamless execution of events including managing materials, guest lists, RSVPs, onsite staffing, AV requirements, vendor/supplier relationships, registration, catering, gifts and entertainment;
• Working collaboratively with the business development and regional offices\' marketing teams to ensure the firm is effectively integrated in international cross-practice business development and communications; and
• Supporting broader marketing requests and other duties as needed.

Skills / Experience / Attributes

• 8 to 10 years of experience in a communications team within a corporate environment preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong oral communications skills.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
• High level of logistical and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
