We are Hiring a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for continuously maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand aesthetics, internally and externally. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s visual representation in all aspects of design including typography, composition, and colour. The creative talents of the individual in this role will be applied to creating content for social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Linkedin, digital advertisements, marketing materials, sales documents, trade show materials and web graphics. In addition the candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager by performing market research, market analysis, and maintaining customer relationship management tools. The successful candidate will be an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who strives for design excellence and enjoys challenges. The candidate also seeks to have a broader role in the business success by being involved in strategic marketing functions.



Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Reports directly to General Manager (GM), and dotted-line reporting to Director

Engage and manage marketing events which consists media relations, advertising & promotion and social media platform

Social Media and Digital Marketing: Create & monitor content for several platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and LinkedIn

Implementing and executing social media strategies and engaging content

Good knowledge of social media tools, hashtag research and analytical skills

Establish and develop marketing communications collaterals which include magazines, brochures, banners, tent cards, posters, press advertisements, packaging and uniform design

Design and layout of print ads and collaterals, digital assets (ie. banners, website layouts, etc) and other related design work as and when needed. Must be comfortable creating assets for social media and aware of the technical limitations

Liaise and organise with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to make sure the materials are finalised as optimal output

Responsible for photography and video shoot for both internal and external events

Create and design promotional materials for social media platforms and advertisements

Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, Google Analytics as well as SEO functions as it relates to Google placement and driving increased website traffic

Manage social communities, report on sentiment and address customer enquiries via social media platforms and email

Handling Google My Business account and replying to Google Reviews

Follow brand guidelines to execute a wide variety of activities that involve branding, advertising, social media, partnerships and more

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by General Manager

Job Requirements

Diploma or Certification in Marketing, Communications, Media or Business or its equivalent.

Knowledge in Graphic Design/Multimedia or a related discipline with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is an advantage

Video editing or web designing skills will be an advantage

Proficient in social media and IT skills (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Wix)

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom

Knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Canva is an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft office software

Proficient in photography, videography and video editing skills is an added advantage

Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to detail

Experienced in content creation for social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and LinkedIn.

Develop new, creative, and highly engaging video content to grow our social media audiences.

You\xe2\x80\x99re a creative mind with the ability to create fun and original social media content ideas to build awareness.

Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work with deadlines and multiple on-going projects.

Staffs Benefits

Report only 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
