We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a superstar Marketing Coordinator to act as the glue in our team, managing multiple projects and supporting our CMO and Communications Manager with market research, analysis and administrative tasks. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a strong self-starter, eager to learn and develop your marketing skills, and able to work well with people from all levels and departments across our business. If successful, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for ensuring internal team-wide compliance with our brand standards, maintenance of our marketing channels and operating systems (including CRM and Marketing Automation tools), and supporting the flawless delivery of events, digital campaigns and internal communications. Internal Relationships This role will report to our CMO and work closely to support our Communications Manager. But, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to operate well across our global team \xe2\x80\x93 you\xe2\x80\x99ll be dealing with sales and account management teams as well as product and technology departments. As we\xe2\x80\x99re a start-up with a flat structure, it won\xe2\x80\x99t be unusual to have dealings from time-to-time with our CEO and collaborate with her administrative, HR and Finance teams. External Relationships While the majority of external relationships will be owned by more senior marketing team members, at times this role will interact with outsourced agencies, event organizers, media providers and merchandise suppliers.
