Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: Marketing Tasks
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Assist to updates contents from marketing team to various social media platform.
- Response to general inquiries and maintain clear records on weekly basis.
- Maintaining existing and new customers database
- Coordination with Sales in preparation delivery of marketing materials to customers.
- Assisting in production of marketing materials and support Sales team in planning events by request.
- Generate timely and accurate marketing reports assigned.
- Maintain Case Reference master files for sales activities
- Compilation statistics & prepare of monthly sales reports.
- Assisting in sales order process and logistic matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Min. O Level / SPM, Diploma in marketing/business, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Administration or Sales & Marketing Assistant experience.
- Experience using computer for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft Applications including PowerPoints, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good organization skills, good communication skills & Interpersonal skills, able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Working location: East, Paya Lebar
- Working hours: 9am to 6.30pm, Mon to Fri
- Lunch Break: 1 hour
- Work Environment: International
