THE COMPANY

We are working with one of the largest financial institutions in the world. As the company prepares for global expansion, the marketing team in Singapore is seeking a seasoned and all-rounder marketeer to drive consumer marketing in Singapore and SEA.

THE ROLE

• Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will drive and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media to enhance product awareness and leads conversion.
• With a strong appreciation for various marketing channels and integrated marketing, you are able to identify and leverage on various channels to achieve campaign goals.
• Collaborating with marketing teams, product teams, and other business units to devise and implement 360 marketing strategies across digital, offline, paid, owned channels.
• Lead digital and media agencies in conceptualising and delivering innovative campaigns that are aligned to the company\'s business goals.
• Track campaign effectiveness and leverage on marketing trends to optimise strategies and campaigns.
• Leverage on your B2C marketing capabilities to define marketing strategies around traditional and paid.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are a creative and customer-centric marketeer with at least 8 years of end-to-end B2C integrated and omnichannel marketing experience.
• Proven track record in strategic and hands-on delivery of integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of financial institutions, consumer financial products and financial regulations.
• Quick witted, influential and a people person, you are strong in stakeholder engagement.
• You are analytical and data-centric in optimising campaigns.
• Experienced in managing or mentoring a lean team.
