We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts for our holding company, which oversees a diverse portfolio of businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing cohesive marketing strategies that align with the company's overarching business goals while supporting the unique branding and growth needs of each subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for the holding company and its subsidiaries to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Align marketing efforts with corporate objectives and cross-functional priorities including finance, operations, and business development.
Brand Management:
Oversee brand identity, messaging, and positioning across the portfolio to ensure consistency and differentiation in the market.
Guide rebranding, new brand development, and brand architecture initiatives as required.
Subsidiary Support:
Collaborate with the leadership of portfolio companies to understand their individual marketing needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
Provide centralized marketing resources, guidance, and best practices to subsidiaries.
Campaign Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, events, etc.).
Monitor performance metrics and ROI, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Team Leadership:
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team and oversee relationships with external agencies or contractors.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the holding company and its brands.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives across multiple brands or business units.
Experience in a holding company, private equity, or multi-brand organization is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
